Benefit: more information from the request is now available to assigned staff.
Requesters can provide information regarding the request using the more details field. This field now automatically carries over to the work order upon approval.
The timestamp of the service request approval is automatically included in the instructions along with the More Details field from the service request.
When the service request is approved and the work is assigned, the user can also change the Instructions field as necessary to make sure that the task is clear for the assigned staff.
