John Massey, CEO

John has created and implemented several successful and award winning technology based businesses including: AmeriFax – 1989 IPO on NASDAQ, TouchFax / TouchNet Information Systems, GrapeVine Interactive, EnviroAide, and PropertyTRAK.

Building on an engineering and computer technology background, John has developed innovative products into real world solutions and has created award-winning businesses. An early association with aircraft/helicopter technology and radio electronics led to a formal education in the field of electronics engineering. John learned advanced electronics in the US Air Force, computer technology with IBM Corp and data communications and financial networks with Dow Jones & Company in the 70s.

John is the Managing Principal of PropertyTRAK who leads the company focusing on Product Strategy, New Technology Solutions, and Business Development.

John Alexander, COO

John has more than 30 years of experience in the field of facility management. A member of International Facility Management Association, John earned the title of “Certified Facility Manager” in 1994. As Facilities Director for an international law firm for 18 years, John had responsibility for the safety of attorneys and personnel occupying half of a 42 story high-rise building in downtown Kansas City. As an outsourced facility manager of a large tax preparation company, he had the opportunity to develop emergency preparedness plans for their world headquarters and a 24/7 call center. In both circumstances this involved building a strong relationship with local governmental resources. John Alexander has consulted with John Massey in the development of PropertyTRAK. He is a Principal in PropertyTRAK and is involved with Project Management, Move Coordination and Emergency Planning.


Mitchell Robinson, Programmer

Mitchell is a software developer with extensive experience in website development, server side application development, database programming, and mobile application development. As a senior software developer, he is responsible for planning and carrying out new development and enhancement projects.


Jessica Macy, Client Services Manager

Jessica is a Kansas State University graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Jessica brings 10 years of experience working for small businesses with experience including web site design, digital and print marketing materials design, trade show planning, and customer training. Jessica continues to enhance the PropertyTRAK app and training guides as well as supports customer implementations.


David Bennett, CTO

With over 20 years experience in the digital technology arena, Dave Bennett brings an abundance of skills and knowledge to the PropertyTRAK team. Dave’s experience includes system analysis, software architecture, database design, application programming, network/hardware strategy consulting, as well as experience with a wide range of advanced technologies. Dave programmed and developed the original PropertyTRAK software and application set.

Jon Wurster, Account Executive

Born and raised in Kansas City, KS, Jon graduated from Rockhurst University with a dual degree in Nursing and Marketing.

After finding the medical/corporate sector unsatisfying, Jon went back to his business roots in 2004 by becoming successful in the face-to-face sales/marketing industry. Beginning as a sales representative, Jon was promoted to management after completing an in-depth management training program, and opened his first office in August 2007 in Baton Rouge, LA. Within 4 years he expanded the company to 4 locations nationwide including Baton Rouge, LA; Louisville, KY; Dayton, OH and Houston, TX.

Jon has now joined the team at PropertyTRAK to help clients update their internal facilities management systems and greatly improve ROI for their business.
