PropertyTRAK is a web based tool for the efficient management of operations for a clinic or institution.  The PropertyTRAK CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) supports communication and documentation of Service Requests, Work Orders, Status of Assets, Preventive Maintenance schedules and procedures, and the management of staff and vendors.  PropertyTRAK is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product that allows clients to: measure performance, manage costs, and provide risk management procedures and share results and reports without impacting their IT infrastructure.  The monthly subscription fee maximizes the benefits without significant capital expenditures.  Because PropertyTRAK does not charge for, nor limit the number of Users and Vendors, our clients are able to provide a broad level of support and respond immediately to cycles of expansion and shifts in outsourcing, while retaining a history of all work performed.
