April 2008 — PropertyTrak becomes a Supplier Member for the credit union industry.

The Credit Union Executives Society (CUES®) is an independent, not-for-profit membership association for credit union executives. Their mission is "to advance the professional development of credit union CEOs, senior management and directors." Joining CUES enables PropertyTrak to better serve credit unions by understanding the latest industry initiatives and concerns.

In addition, PropertyTrak is supporting the annual Credit Union Management Buyers Guide, published in the July issue of Credit Union Management magazine. The Buyer's Guide helps credit union leaders find the perfect match for their branches.

January 2008 — PropertyTrak Facility Management Software Company Unveils New Functionality

PropertyTrak web-based facility management software announces its new preventive maintenance functionality. Adding this preventive maintenance feature to PropertyTrak increases its practical usability by enabling facility managers to schedule regular maintenance activities on expensive and mission critical assets. PropertyTrak's current subscribers have told us that having the ability to proactively schedule asset maintenance improves productivity and cuts costs dramatically.

With the enhanced technology, PropertyTrak allows facility managers to record in advance and in detail all materials, tools and activities associated with specific preventive maintenance tasks. These details can be put into the hands of technicians before beginning a project, ensuring those technicians are properly equipped prior to arriving on the job site.
