The Credit Union Executives Society (CUES®) is an independent, not-for-profit membership association for credit union executives. Their mission is "to advance the professional development of credit union CEOs, senior management and directors." PropertyTrak web-based facility management software announces its new preventive maintenance functionality. Adding this preventive maintenance feature to PropertyTrak increases its practical usability by enabling facility managers to schedule regular maintenance activities on expensive and mission critical assets. PropertyTrak's current subscribers have told us that having the ability to proactively schedule asset maintenance improves productivity and cuts costs dramatically.
With the enhanced technology, PropertyTrak allows facility managers to record in advance and in detail all materials, tools and activities associated with specific preventive maintenance tasks.
